Noah, Age 3
Noah has a love for sea creatures. When was diagnosed with leukemia at a very young age, his room was not bright enough to fit his little personality. BrittiCares transformed it into an under the sea retreat with a hand-painted mural, ned bed and bedding, cozy lights and several stuffed animals that made her feel like he was hanging out with his oceran friends daily.
When Noah saw his room for the first time, he ran straight to one of the BrittiCares volunteers and gave them a huge hug, then he hopped on his bed and grabbed his stuffed animals. Everyone cried tears of joy!

Taylor, Age 10
Taylor was obsessed with fashion — cloths, shoes, purses, and the idea that fashion was bigger than any problem she faced. BrittiCares turned her bedroom into a fashion runway, complete with a boutique style closit, custom art pieces, a new bed with custom bedding and designer pillows, beautiful crown molding with built in lights, a new tv, cabinet, and so many more surprises. Taylor said, now I can just enjoy my room.
Taylor was so happy, that she could dream, relax, watch her new tv, play with her new toys all in style with her new fashion room.

He was in awww! The smile on his face said it all. We were able to get 3 players from the Tennessee Titans to volunteer and help set up his room. It was truly special. Basketball canopy curtains, new bedding, a basketball side table, flooring, custom mural and so much more!

Jayden, Age 8
Jayden faced his diagnosis with the bravery of a superhero — because that's exactly what he told everyone he was. BrittiCares built him a Superhero HQ: bold primary colors, a cape wall display, a custom 'mission control' desk, and a ceiling painted like a city skyline at night. He wore his cape to every chemo session after that.
Jayden told us he needed a superhero room because he was fighting a supervillain. He was right. And now he has the headquarters to prove it.

How a Makeover Comes to Life
Nominate a Child
A family member, nurse, social worker, or friend submits a nomination. We review every request with care and reach out within two weeks.
Imagine Together
We meet with the child and family to learn what they love — their favorite colors, characters, hobbies, and dreams. This is the most important step.
Design with Love
Our volunteer designers create a custom room plan built entirely around the child's personality. Every detail is intentional and personal.
Transform the Space
Our team of volunteers and donors brings the design to life — painting, decorating, and furnishing the room while the family is away for a surprise reveal.
The Big Reveal
The child sees their new room for the first time. This moment — the gasp, the tears, the joy — is why we do everything we do.j
Know a Child Who Deserves This?
Any child between the ages of 3 and 17 who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer is eligible. Nominations can be submitted by family members, medical staff, social workers, teachers, or friends.
All nominations are reviewed within two weeks. We serve families regardless of financial need — our makeovers are always completely free.
